a. This rule shall be called Para Medical / educational (permission for Establishment of Institutions) Rules 2017.
b. It shall be applicable through out the Indian Where State Paramedical Council doesn???t Exist.
c. It shall come into force at once.
d. It shall be applicable to all the Para Medical Institution.
